Loved your piano work, Rivers! The song sounds pretty catchy, maybe even single material. For some reason I'm getting a really Hurley-esque vibe from this track. Sounds like this could have easily been on that album. We'll, man, I'm looking forward to hearing the rest of the song and will definitely buy your next works.

Sounds promising, although obviously it's only ten seconds. As others have said, the melody is pretty nice, too. I wonder how the proper recording would sound with piano over it?
