2011/06/06 Austin, TX: Stubb's BBQ: Memories Blue Album

We rolled up to Austin from Houston late last night, and have now proceeded to occupy the venerable Stubb's BBQ for a 2 night stand. The hot Texas sun is relentless, but as it starts to drop below the skyscrapers of downtown Austin, we dine upon the fried green tomatoes from the Stubb's kitchen and prepare for the rock! 2011/05/29 Pittsburgh, PA: Stage AE

2011/05/21 Washington, DC: RFK Stadium, DC 101 Chili Cookoff

We are happy to be back in the nations capital once again, and after 2 days of rainy weather up in Boston and Philly, it appears the sun is finally shining on the weez. Today's show is an early one - in fact they opened the gates at RFK Stadium at 11 AM, which sure seems early for the rock and the roll, but it is the weekend after all, plus this way anyone who plans on getting raptured this evening will still have time to. 2011/05/11 You Might Think its the Cars (2), but all i hear is weezer

...Folks, staring tomorrow (5/12), you might think you're hearing Weezer covering The Cars' classic song "You Might Think" in the trailer for the upcoming film "Cars 2", due out this summer. And you would be right! Weezer's version of "You Might Think" is featured in the trailer and the film, and because Ric produced the Blue and Green records and the band are huge fans of the Cars, they were into the idea of covering the song.
