About Me
Hi everyone!
My name is Kate, and I've been obsessed with Weezer since I saw the video of "Keep Fishin'" when I was in Jr. High. That year I got a copy of Maladroit for my birthday and TGA for Christmas, and ever since I've been listening to Weezer and going on message boards and chats about the band under screen names of Jinx/boonsync, although accounts have been closed and such over the years. Recently, I have unfortunately been less active in the Weezer universe as I have taken 3 years to get my BA in Chemistry and entered Pharmacy school to work on getting my PharmD. I love hearing new Weezer stuff, and I love talking to fans, even if they can be harsh. I've only been to one show so far in Minneapolis (Foozer), but while there I went backstage because my friend passed out and Brian smiled at me. That moment pretty much made my life. I hope to be around to hear many more years of Weezer to come.

Things are a lot better today. We keep getting little flurries that has put a dusting over the ice. They're already canceling schools in the area for tomorrow though. It's probably going to stick around for a few days.
