ahaha thanks.
It's actually really simple. You just have to have a camera with the ability to change the shutter speed. Then you change the settings so it takes like 30 seconds to take a picture. During the 30 seconds you wave a flashlight around, and because of the long shutter speed, it blurs the path of the flash light.
