Probably Can't Stop Partying or Love is the Answer.
I don't like that there's other people singing with them.
They're not bad though, I don't skip through them when they come up on my shuffle, it's just that I like their other songs a lot more.

I'd have to go with My Best Friend or the Raditude version of Can't Stop Partying.
One of my friends who doesn't listen to Weezer much or knew many songs listened to Across the Sea after I told him he should, and he said it sucked.
