I don't want to get into a debate about whether or not it is a good or bad thing (I am all about funky effects when I play music, so I think its cool to use once in a while), I am just curious what let to the decision to use it.
Was it even his choice to use it?
Does he do it on albums or just on things like AOL sessions. I am just curious about this.

For the AOL Sessions, I think it's mostly up to AOL.

Permalink Reply by =gregor= on April 26, 2011 at 1:22pm As much as I love Raditude, I agree. Although, it was perfect for Can't Stop Partyin', just because it's that kind of, super-produced, hip hop song.
But the rocking songs on the album should have had the auto-tune left off.

Ehhhh, auto-tune sounds totally disingenuous and bizarre on his voice and it was a real poor gimmick that marred most of Raditude's vocals.
