The ultra-short solo in Mykel and Carli is a close second.

I'm a Robot, Blowin' My Stack, 2002 Toronto O Girlfriend (will never stop raving about this), Perfect Situation, O Girl and Hot Tub (the Homie solo is possibly the best solo Rivers has ever played) are the ones that immediately come to mind, but I'm sure there are a few more.
I remember you criticised me a while ago Gohi for saying that So Low's solo could be improved and you swiftly shot me down. Since then I've given the song a few more listens to try and see where you where coming from and I've grown to really enjoy the solo. That being said, I still think it's half the length it should be, it could've really trawled over some interesting territory over another eight bars, it sounds like a terrific set up for an orgasm that doesn't quite happen.

Falling For You
Hot Tub (Homie Version)
Susanne
Tired of Sex
Say It Ain't So
The World Has Turned
Love Explosion
Death and Destruction
Pink Triangle
The Good Life
Buddy Holly
Why Bother
Hold Me
You Gave Your Love To Me Softly (a verse melody solo that works perfectly)
Pardon Me (if this solo had been stretched out longer, would have been a classic solo)
Mad Kow (7-02 piano demo version)
She Who is Militant (7-16 version)
