What is a fair price for the Pinkerton diaries/alone3

So according to Rivers the only way to get alone 3 is to buy the diaries. How much do you think it will be? I'm going to say it will at least be $50 if not more maybe even $75. I'm sure the diaries will be cool, but to be honest I'm more interested in the audio. In that latest interview he said the diaries will be the only way to get the audio. However, I think if I hold out alone 3 will eventually make its way to itunes? What do you all think?

It's the music I want; but it will be cool to have the diaries. I have been waiting, and it will be worth it. I'm sure the audio will make it's way somehow, without the diaries.
