What are your (Weezer) Heart Songs?
Rivers wrote about all of his 'Heart Songs' and what they meant to him.
I figured, a lot of my heart songs are probably by Weezer.
I think that a lot of Make Believe would make for good heart songs. I also think Put Me Back Together is a good one.

Hmmm...Say It Ain't So, In the Garage, The Good Life, Falling for You, Island in the Sun, Simple Pages, The Other Way, Peace, The Greatest Man that Ever Lived, Pork and Beans, Dreamin', Miss Sweeney, Put Me Back Together, Don't Want to Let You Go, Time Flies, Ruling Me, Undone, Getchoo, Brave New World, Surf Wax America, Long Time Sunshine, My Name is Jonas and of course I love Hashpipe but I don't know that it's exactly a "heart song" ;)
I'm sure there's many more, but this is what I can think of off the top of my head at the end of the day.
