The vocals are live but I think the band is miming over the instrumental studio track.

Whoah censorship! I'm guessing that they were not aloud to sing 'Hash Pipe' but instead had to sing 'Half Pipe?' That's disgraceful. Is that Top of the Pops censoring or a general broadcasting rule?

I don't know how it works in the UK, but in the US, there are technically no rules for what you can and can't show/say on TV.  Stations censor themselves.  I've seen MTV play the music video both ways, as Hash Pipe, and Half Pipe.  Same with We Are All On Drugs.  The first time I saw the video, it was uncensored, then it was changed to 'love".

i've never seen a censored weezer video on Much Music or Fuse.  God bless those Canadian music stations.
