this is truly strange. i thought it meant they needed some watering in order to reach their true potential. that they have begun to get rather dry due to lack of "rain" (i.e. good ideas), but instead it's this strange, incoherent babble about weezer raining down noise onto robbin sizzle's little ears or something?
