I was watching '21' a few days ago and noticed that 'Everybody Get Dangerous' was playing in the background during a bar scene.

Oh yeah, if they ever appeared on a TV show I would like to know that too.

Jackass 3, "Memories" and there was a short clip of them recording "Memories" in the credits.
Meet The Deedles, "American Girls" even though technically that was Homie which only featured a few of the members.
They have also had load's of songs that have appeared in many show's (The Simpsons, Raising Hope etc).
I'm sure there are plenty more films that they have been in and i think a few of their Christmas songs were in a few i know that a Christmas song was in Going The Distance.

That's what I've seen. I love both Psych and Cars, so I was excited when I heard them on those.

IYWIIWYTIWYT was recently played in Love Bites (ep3), Teen Wolf (ep1)
Then there's Weezer playing live in RJ Berger
In Love Bites (ep4) they played 'Blowin' My Stack' for a good minute.
And these are just from episodes I watched in the last month.
