Are the vocals for Tired of Sex (t r) more recent because rivers' voice sounds more like it is these days in the song, not like the pinkerton Rivers

No. It has to have been recorded around the same time as pinkerton, as it is a rough attempt (or demo, I guess) of the song.

I like the bass in the tracking rough more because it has a lot more gain and the tracking rough sounds a lot heavier than the original.

Well obviously, if the tracking is rough that means that it is in the process of being recorded properly, so no, it's not recent.
