The Green Album Survivor Game
Which song will join Blowin' My Stack/Unspoken/ Trippin' Down the Freeway/ The Greatest Man That Ever Lived/ Perfect Situation/ and Burndt Jamb in our Ultimate Weezer Survivor Game? Here are the rules: Vote off your least favorite of the songs remaining. Vote for 2 songs until we get down to 5. Since there are just 10 songs, we will only eliminate 2 songs in the first round. Remember when we get down to the final 2 songs, we then vote to win.

I'm sad to see Glorious Day and O Girlfriend getting so many votes, not as upset as when Dope Nose and Possibilities were lost in Round 1 of Maladroit though.

I used to not like KDDO much but after hearing Donny and fak's cover on the atw tribute album I started to appreciate the song's strengths. The melody's solid as f*** and I think it's possibly the best example of Green's rigid song structure working to a song's advantage. That and Crab's lyrics are just stupid hahaha.
Here's that version of O Girlfriend I was talking about before - if you want me to hunt down the amazing KDDO cover I'll pull up a link for that too.

You guys are crazy for voting off O Girlfriend! The melody is holyshitballs awesome, there are strong, heartfelt lyrics (especially for the era) and I really like the flow of the song. Critics of the song should check out the 2002 Torento boot of it, it really unlocks this gem's potential, putting it in top 5 Post-Pinkerton Weezer for me. I'll be sad to see it go.

I've seen that O Girlfriend vid before - if the real thing was like that I'd agree with you and say it would be in the top 5 post-Pinkerton.
I'd like the link to that KDDO vid too.
