Ten Song Album Switch-a-roo

Rules:

1. Choose a band you like besides Weezer.

2. Choose ten songs from Weezer that you think the other band would do a good remake to.

3. Choose ten songs from the other band that you think Weezer would do a good remake to.

4. You are done...

The band I think would be cool to do this would be All American Rejects but I haven't come up with my list yet. I will get back to you when I have chosen the songs.

Funny you say that. Di you know that Weezer was going for a "Flaming Lips sound" on Pinkerton? Also, if they were to cover a Lips album I think Clouds Taste Metallic would be most fitting for Weezer. Hopefully some interesting covers and collars are on the way when they play together this week!!!

Wow, I thought this thread died months ago. Well I think Codes and Keys by Death Cab would be cool and Death Cab could do... hmmm for some reason, I can imagine Weezer doing Death Cab but I can't imagine Death Cab doing Weezer...

Ok, I don't like Green Day too much but I think there is a great reason why I picked them.

Weezer covers for them: GREATEST MAN THAT EVER LIVED (Variations on a Shaker Hymn), El Scorcho, Across the Sea, Say it Ain't So, Slob, Hash Pipe, Memories, Thought I Knew, We Are All on Drugs.

Green Day covers: Longview (Matt on bass), Welcome to Paradise, Basket Case (it's been done), American Idiot, Know Your Enemy, Geek Stink Breath, Time of Your Life, Christian's Inferno, When I Come Around, Pulling Teeth.

Since the red album came out I have wanted to hear Billie Joe sing it.
