summer plans
what's everybody doing over the summer?
mine started last month, went to download festival, got Madness, the darkness to see still. my first taste of horse racing this weekend (at the course, not riding a horse)
going to see some newcastle games in portugal and going to USA in August!!
and getting terribly drunk along the way.
what are your plans?

On Tuesday I went to record at Abbey Road studios.
I met the Arctic Monkeys as they were recording in Studio 3 (I was in 2). They're nice chaps.
I played on the celeste used by Radiohead, pianos used by Stevie Wonder and the Beatles, and a hammond organ used on Dark Side of the Moon.
I like summer, sometimes.

Apparently that means that I will spend all of this summer going to mediation, court, lawyers offices, and having tiny nervous breakdowns.
I know there are lots of young people here (she said as if she were 80), so let me warn you in vain now...don't get married until you are AT LEAST 26 (better yet, 32). You may THINK it's a good idea, but it isn't.
