Weezer songs seem to quote other Weezer songs pretty frequently.  For example, Tragic Girl references Butterfly, and Longtime Sunshine references Why Bother?  What's your favorite Weezer self-reference?

Slob:

Get yourself a job
You're living in a dream
Don't you be a slob

Troublemaker:

Cuz I can't work a job
Like any other slob

...have you learned nothing?
Only some of you Pinkerton lyrics are self referential. The others are purely coincidential or lyrical clichés.
That's more a case of lazy rhyming than any referencing, I think.
TRANEREKS- You don't keep house and I'm a slobYou're freakin' out cause I can't keep a job.

Mo beats- "Keep Fishin' still seems small."
Whoops! Somebody already said that.

Rivers' Walt Disney has the lyrics 'across the sea'.

Mo beats 'Keep Fishin Still seems small" is the only example of this. The rest are just similar, or the same words in multiple songs. That doesn't mean its a reference. I think you lack the correct definition of reference in your vocab.

That's why we were all mocking her when she first made the thread.
