Represent (Rocked Out Mix) Synth out of sync?

Has anyone else noticed that the synth is way out of sync in the second chorus? To me it sounds quite ahead of what it should be. Although subtle, it is very noticeable in my opinion, but I have not heard or seen anyone else who has picked this up yet. Listen to the first chorus where it is in time, then the second immediately after. Let me know what you guys think. Am I nuts?

i had a listen to it and it sounds fine to me... i dunno. i'll listen again just to make sure.

It is very subtle, because the synth is turned down quite a bit in the hurley version. I find it very obvious that it is out of time though, and it definitely doesn't sound right.
