I dunno why but I feel like he should be singing this song from a balcony, platform, or some raised surface... Otherwise barefoot is best...Shoes are overrated...

It is one of the best performances of this song I have seen. Also, it lends to my feeling that Rivers had a mental breakdown in the time leading up to this album.
