Pinkerton Deluxe Vinyl - Questions
I receieved my copy of the deluxe Pinkerton vinyl! It sounds great. I was a bit disappointed that the map wasn't included as an insert or as a record sleeve. Does anyone with an original vinyl copy have the map as the sleeve?
Can anyone provide insight as to whether this was straight from the master tape, or a digital mastering then cut to vinyl?

Karl had said in a post that Brian was in NY overseeing the transfer from Master Tape to Vinyl. They did all that last, from what I understand.
