C'mon Aussie fans and show your support for Weezer to come to Australia. 1996 was a long time ago now and a tour down under is long over due!
There has been rumours about Weezer being part of the Soundwave 2011 lineup, but nothing has been confirmed or denied.
Loving "Hurley" at the moment and can't wait to be able to rock out live to the almighty Weezer!

I actually read a story the other day which said that they aren't going to be at Soundwave 2011.

Ah ok, thanks for that. I am kind of glad any way. I'd rather see them at their own gig, not part of a festival.

Yeah, I definitely agree with that. Also, nothing else about Soundwave was really appealing to me so I would have been paying all that money just to see Weezer.
As long as they do actually come here though...

Hi,
I started a thread about this yesterday with the link for soundwave in it so all aussies could post in the same thread so it shows the support behind weezer that there is behind them down here. I feel we should combine these so we can get as much in the one thread as possible!

I don't think they will ever be touring in Australia, unfortunately. They don't seem to like Australia very much. I will have to resort to travelling overseas to see them :(
