Pitchfork's for tools.
pitchfork just loves indie music.

though i do like the 10/10 for pinkerton deluxe....
I think this review is just as much b******* as them giving Make Believe a .4

Why does anyone hold their ratings with such importance? They have absolutely no real credibility. They are just bitter Weezer fans who rate based on how angry they are at the band. Of course they gave PINKERTON a 10. Their ratings of Red vs. Raditude or Make Believe in general are proof that there is no journalistic integrity present.

So I'm not even happy with this 10 because I know, just like the .4 they gave Make Believe, they gave it that rating JUST BECAUSE. They didn't even mention Tragic Girl or Getting Up & Leaving?
I hate pitchfork. Make believe deserves AT LEAST an 8.5. (I'd probably give it a 9)

i wasn't aware that AXE was supporting the memories tour. i thought it was STATE FARM.....

also there is no way the bsides (devotion/WOU/TG, etc) from pinkerton are 'demo worthy'
those tracks are as important as the original 10 songs are

the review brought up some good points but also misses some good points too

the review for death to false metal is about what i was expecting, they make an EXCELLENT point in saying that with only 10 songs on it, it isn't particularly generous. was hoping for a lot more tracks. i love the ones we got tho
I love what everyone one is saying, but sometimes Pitchfork does have a lot of good music on there. Now I know they've never reviewed Weezer properly, but I do love the website. ha. Weezer deserves the best!!!! Now let's just see what Rolling Stone has to say!
Pitchfork deserves zero reads. I was looking through some random CD reviews (mostly =W= and Coldplay) and it's funny looking at the diff between every other publication's review then seeing the one that negatively stands out most. Always is Pitchfork.
