Permalink Reply by Birdmagon on July 28, 2011 at 1:55pm I think Vietnamese is harder to learn than Korean or Japanese.

I've been doing Korean for a little while now. It's not so bad, I'm willing to bet Vietnamese is worse.

Permalink Reply by oprah on July 28, 2011 at 11:59pm I speak Turkish, French and a little Spanish. French and Spanish are really similar so if you know one then learning the other isn't too difficult
Permalink Reply by =gregor= on July 29, 2011 at 9:24am I think that chart is pretty accurate. I tried to learn Arabic, and that was the hardest college course I'd ever taken...even worse than computer programming (which is also like learning a new language).
I can speak Spanish (un poco) and know a bunch of Norwegian curse words.
