Interview with Mikey from July 2011 talking about Death To False Metal and his art

http://www.weezerpedia.com/wiki/index.php?title=Square_Cotton_Candy...

I just found this on Weezerpedia and they talk about some old tracks that Mikey played whilst he was in Weezer just after Pinkerton in 1998. It doesn't mention anything about Mikey in Death To False Metal, but does anyone know if the recordings of him playing bass on "Everyone" and "Trampoline" were used in Death To False Metal?.

I just asked Scott and he said it was him :P

Him Scott or him Mikey?

Cool find!
Scott re-recorded the bass parts.

Scott re-recorded the bass parts, but I would've liked it a lot more if they just left the song how it was.
