If it shows "N/A" for the $25 tickets, does that mean they're sold out, or not on sale yet?

I'm trying to buy the $25 tickets for the first Boston Memories show, but it shows N/A in the Section box. DOesv that mean they're sold out, or not on sale yet?

Had the same problem with the $27.50 tickets to the 11/30 show at the Nob Hill Masonic Center in SF. I know they were on sale during presale, figure they sold all of them before the general sale, m************.

Also before someone suggests that they sold out before I got around to buying them, I was jamming on the link at 10AM on the dot when they went on sale.
