How do you contact Weezer's management?

Hey all,

I play in a band from Australia called EMPRA and we are trying our best to score the Weezer support. We even sent a Weezer cake to their Australian booking agent.

But we were also hoping to contact the band's management and send a cake to the band as well. Does anyone here know what's the best way to do this?
