I won my division in the West Coast Ju-Jitsu Championships many many many beers ago when I was 17 and the trick up my sleeve was the tomoe nage. True story. It's a good practical move actually but for competition purposes I chose it for its showmanship quality.

I better stop here, Jon and I can go on for hours when talking martial arts. :P
