Does everyone hate Matt???

I was reading through some replies on the topic Will Matt Ever Come Back? and I am coming to the conclusion that people do not like Matt Sharp.

They're saying things like he "didn't write any of the songs" or that he was "selfish"...the list goes on.

What are your opinions of Matt?

I just think people should get over the fact that he's never coming back. It's nothing against him, it's just been so long.

I liked Mikey, and I like Scott.

Scott is doing the job as good as anyone could.

I don't like the pedestal that some of the fans put him on, but he is a great bassist. I'm sure he is a stand up guy in real life, hell he went to Rivers' wedding, did'nt he? And someone referred to me as a blabbering psychopath in that discussion.

Weezer have been very fortunate....They've done incredibly well with bass players.

I think the on-stage chemistry between Rivers and Scott is unparalleled between any other two people in weezer.
