I got Weezer Pinkerton and Radiohead OK Computer on the same day. THE SAME DAY. Talk about a successful day.
Agree with all except for Mellencollie - maybe siamese dream instad?

I'd put Pinkerton at 2. Behind Nevermind. Before OK Computer.
switch blue and pinkerton and you got yourself a damn good list.

I don't think that it would make many professional's top 5 albums. But Pitchfork (as much as I hate them) named "Say It Ain't So" as the 7th best song of the 90's.
Mellencollie is too long for me, and has some songs I can't stand like "Tonight" omg makes me want to puke. i get siamese dream. i don't like it. but i get it. that's a great album. (i do understand their function lol)

Sorry to seem immature, but what makes Nevermind the best album of the 90's? I mean, it's very influential and all, but I just feel like In Utero is so much better.

The Blue Album is perfect. I wish people would realize that. It is surely one of the top five of the 90s.

Your profile pic looks like that of a 15 year old male prostitute looking to meet older men on the web.

I'm afraid Chris Hanson may be watching this.
interesting...i'll have to change my profile pic

Pinkerton would top the list. Not sure if blue would make it...(definitely top ten, though)
No particular order:

1) Green Day - Dookie (The album that got me into music)
2) Weezer - Pinkerton
3) Rancid - ...And Out Come The Wolves
4) Smashing Pumpkins - Mellon collie... (this album is so underrated. Siamese Dream is also amazing)
5) Offspring - Smash & Nirvana - Nevermind (Can't decide)

Pavement, Cake and the Flaming Lips also put out AMAZING albums but i didn't get into them until the mid 2000s. So, the top 5 albums have more personal meaning.
