Album recommendations for songwriting influence.

I never listened to Pink Floyd but was thinking they might be a good influence on my songwriting. what do you guys think? And what other epic rock records out there should I listen to? thanks.

Rivers, if you're still reading this, try the tracks Destruction=Construction (second half after the fadeout) and Hikari Naki Sekai of the Balzac album Birth of Hatred. The first one's really good power-pop complete with synthesizer and the second one's a beautiful J-Rock ballad that will reach into your chest and grab your heart. It's that good.

In fact, if you are still working on your album of Japanese rock tunes, HNS will be a great one to cover.
